USN Civil War campaign medal with proper impressed BB&B number .
Neatly reribboned on old stock ribbon with wrap broach. As found with a GAR reunion badge from the 1917 Boston GAR Encampment with NAVAL VETERANS impressed on the ribbon. Tough to find attributed USN CW Campaign with a neat GAR badge!
USN CW Campaign number 1283 attributes to Seaman Rasmus Pedersen and was awarded 13 March 1902. A bit of on-line research revealed the Pedersen was from Norway. No further research at the moment.
