USN DFC / Air Medal pair
Complete and well documented group to a Naval Aviation crewman for service with Bombing Squadrons 125 and 105.
Almost too much to list and gives a complete and accurate record of combat service from this Anti-Sub Patrol veteran.
AMM2C Michael Lawrence Dolobach served with VPB-125 & 105 and earned the Air Medal with four Gold Stars and DFC for missions in 1943-45 in which contact with enemy vessels, AA, and the engagements were common!
Included in his group are his cased excellent condition service medals, USN issue wrap broach short titled cased Air Medal and USN issue sewn broach short titled cased Distinguished Flying Cross with original shipping box.
Many original orders for the awards and subsequent Gold Star which are present in the group!  Pinback Aircrew wing, rating, ribbon bar.  Paperwork to include original temp & perm citations for decorations and RARE Fleet Air Wing Seven Commendation LARGE document for missions with VPB-125 in the Bay of Biscay.  Photo album with family, buddy, sailor and aircraft photo's.
