Posthumous AAF B26 crewman's Purple Heart
 Sgt. Frank X. Lutie died in a crash on 13 February 1943 while serving with the 319th Bomb Squadron in the ETO.  A roster of the 319th is found at this link.
 His award is an excellent condition sewn broach officially named medal in it's titled case of issue with the original Patterson award card.
