Pre1780 British Infantry sword
Typical of the sword carried by an Infantry officer of the British military in the American Revolution period and often made their way into the hands of the American officers.  Ball topped 'lemon pommel' with D guard and smooth wood grip, clean and undamagd.  The blade is dark from age with even overall light pitting, as good as any you will find.  A fine Rev. War example!
