Distinguished Flying Cross trio with great log book
Unnamed as issued, cased DFC, Air Medal and Purple Heart (numbered in matching numbered box of issue) with ribbon bar set, a period portrait of the officer and a the best AAF pilot's log book I've had!  He writes in detail of his service and saw considerable action!  He notes his own injury when he was forced to bail out and broke his leg hitting the tail of the plane.  Other entries note flak & fighters, planes and crews lost, bomb runs and more.
With these itsms are the 1940's Milford, NJ city book with detailed bio's local vets, an interesting newspaper cliping, copies of his discharge and his obit.
